DL Lowry Salon in Indianapolis was founded in 1994 by David Lowry and has worked in the city for nearly 30 years. Its stylists handle haircuts, highlights, balayage, color, extensions and keratin treatments, while the skin care side offers facials, dermaplaning, lashes and waxing. Bridal hair and makeup are available at the salon or on location.
